在城市化建设进程日渐加快的形势下,也为我国建筑行业的未来发展带来许多新的难点与机遇,大部分房建工程都已经陆续开始着手建设。现阶段,各界人士都对房建工程所存在的渗漏问题予以了高度重视,若是发生渗漏问题,则必然会对使用者日常生活以及生产造成负面影响,主要针对防渗漏施工技术在房建施工中的应用进行探讨与研究,以供参考。

Under the situation that the urbanization construction process is accelerating,it also brings many new difficulties and opportunities for the future development of China's construction industry.Most of the housing construction projects have begun construction.At this stage,people from all walks of life have attached great importance to the leakage problems in the housing construction project.If leakage occurs,it will inevitably have a negative impact on users'daily life and production.Based on this,this paper is mainly aimed at anti-leakage.The application of construction technology in the construction of housing construction is discussed and studied for reference only.
