近年来的房建工程行业实现了飞速发展,然而,现实的房建施工管理中依然有许多问题有待改进。文章首先阐述了房建工程中的关键技术,其次分析了当前房建工程管理的问题所在,提出了落实施工准备工作、严格图纸会审、规范材料管理、加强人员监管的施工管理与质量控制措施,并进一步探索了管理机制与制度、质量管理责任制、质量控制方法等方面的完善策略,旨在全方位保证房建施工质量和安全,提升整体建设效率和效益,促进房建工程事业实现更长远的发展。

In recent years,the real estate construction industry has achieved rapid development.However,there are still many problems to be improved in the real estate construction management.This paper first expounds the key technologies in housing construction projects,then analyses the problems existing in the current management of housing construction projects,puts forward the measures of construction management and quality control to implement construction preparation,strictly review drawings,standardize material management and strengthen personnel supervision,and further explores the management mechanism,system and quality.The perfection strategies of management responsibility system and quality control methods are aimed at guaranteeing the quality and safety of housing construction in an all-round way,improving the efficiency and efficiency of overall construction,and promoting the long-term development of housing construction projects.
