Analysis on Construction Management and Application Practice of Smart Site

传统的工程管理模式显然已不能满足建筑业高速发展的要求,随着BIM技术、物联网技术、互联网技术的发展,智慧工地这一概念被提到工程项目管理上。智慧工地管理,是提高施工现场管理水平的有效策略。本文通过介绍智慧工地建设体系、分析智慧工地实施方案,并结合深圳地区智慧工地应用实践情况总结经验,为今后工程项目智慧工地建设提供一定的指导。

The traditional engineering management model obviously can not meet the requirements of the rapid development of the construction industry.With the development of BIM technology,Internet of things technology and internet technology,the concept of smart site is mentioned in engineering project management.Smart site management is an effective strategy to improve the management level of the construction site.This paper introduces the smart site construction system,analyzes the implementation plan of the smart site,and combines the experience of the smart site application practice in Shenzhen to provide some guidance for the construction of smart site in the fiiture project.
