随着国家整体经济建设的飞速发展,对公路工程建筑行业起到了良好的推动作用,但多数公路工程在施工管理阶段还存在一系列的问题,对建筑企业的良好发展造成了阻碍。因此,针对公路工程施工项目管理重点关注问题进行研究,主要针对质量管理、安全管理以及成本管理等方面进行深入分析,指出现阶段公路工程施工项目管理中的各类问题,进而提出针对性的优化策略,希望对相关从业人员提供一定的参考和借鉴。

With the rapid development of the country's overall economic construction,it has played a good role in promoting the highway engineering construction industry.However,most highway projects still have a series of problems in the construction management stage,which has hindered the good development of construction enterprises.Therefore,this paper studies the key issues of highway engineering construction project management,mainly for quality management,safety management and cost management,and analyzes various problems in the construction of highway engineering construction projects,and then proposes targeted optimize the strategy and hope to provide some reference and reference for relevant practitioners.
