摘要
质量、进度及造价是建筑工程的三大控制目标,其中造价控制因其与各参建方利益息息相关,故成为建筑工程的重要控制目标,其贯穿于整个建设周期,即项目的策划、设计、施工、竣工交付使用的全过程。基于此,针对建筑工程施工阶段工程造价控制进行分析,为类似工程提供借鉴。
Quality,schedule and cost are the three major control objectives of construction engineering.The cost control is an important control target of construction engineering because it is closely related to the interests of various participants.lt runs through the whole construction cycle,that is,the planning and design of the project,construction,completion and delivery of the entire process.Based on this,the engineering cost control of the construction phase of the construction project was analyzed to provide reference for similar projects.
