专创融合的商科人才培养模式探索

A probe into the training mode of business talents with the integration of professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education

专创融合是提升创新创业教育的新途径。依据新商科人才需求,利用三螺旋理论,提出了商科专业专创融合的人才培养模式,并从培养目标、教学设计与教学资源、师资建设和保障机制四个方面,分析论证了该模式实施的必要性和可行性。

The integration of professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education is a new way to improve innovation and entrepreneurship education. Based on the demand of new business talents in the market, this paper puts forward the business talent training model of integration of professional education and innovation entrepreneurship education by using the Triple Helix Theory. This paper further analyzes and demonstrates the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of this model from four aspects: training objective, teaching design and teaching resources, teacher construction and guarantee mechanism.
