摘要
针对带式输送机运输过程中出现打滑、跑偏等故障,影响运输效率的问题,设计了一种基于PLC的带式输送机运输集控系统,实现对输送带运行状况的实时监测,提高其工作效率。
Aiming at the problems of slipping and deviation in belt conveyor transport,a centralized control system in belt conveyor based on PLC is designed to realize real-time monitoring of belt operation and improve its working efficiency.
