石灰岩顶板综采工作面水力压裂放顶技术实践 被引量:6

摘要 为了解决石灰岩顶板工作面来压步距大,进、回风隅角悬顶面积大,瓦斯易积聚的问题,通过在工作面切眼和两顺槽布置水力压裂钻孔,对工作面坚硬顶板进行高压致裂弱化顶板,并进行工业试验。结果表明:采用水力压裂治理顶板后,工作面老顶初次来压步距28.5周期来压步距13.8 m,进、回风隅角悬顶面积为4-8m2,坚硬顶板得到有效弱化。 In order to solve the problems of large weighting step,large hanging roof area in upper and lower comers and easy gas accumulation in the working face of limestone roof,hydraulic fracturing drilling holes are arranged in the cutting holes and two flumes of the working face to weaken the hard roof by high pressure fracturing,and industrial tests are carried out.Results show that the first weighting step of the main roof is 28.5 m,the periodic weighting step is 13.8 m,and the hanging area of the upper and lower comers is 4-8 m2.The hard roof is weakened effectively.
