摘要
雁崖煤业基于三盘区8301工作面8少133"支架前方端面顶板出现破碎、冒落现象,导致工作面支架初撑力、工作阻力小,回采速度降低,通过分析端面破碎机理,结合生产实际情况,提出了“斜角超前钻孔卸压+组合梯形锚索棚支护+管棚超前支护”的联合支护方式,通过实际应用,控制住了端面破碎现象,移架后空顶距控制在0.3 m以下,支架初撑力、工作阻力提高至87%以上,取得了显著成效。
Aiming at low initial support,working resistance and reduced mining speed in 8301 working face,Yanya Coal Industry Co.,the article proposes a combined support method of"inclined advanced borehole pressure relief+combination ladder archer rope support+pipe shed advanced support"by analyzing the fracture mechanism of the end face and combining with the actual situation of production,which controls end face breakage,enables empty top distance below 0.3 m,the initial support and working resistance to be increased to more than 87%,and achieves significant results.
