摘要
对于使用沿空留巷技术而言,巷旁充填体宽度是其控制巷道围岩变形的关键参数之一,特别是在坚硬顶板条件下,巷旁支护体合理宽度的确定就成了巷旁支护系统发挥最大支护作用的关键因素。以山西铺龙湾煤业有限公司4102综放工作面为工程背景,综合运用理论分析与数字模拟,对支护体合理宽度进行了研究分析。结果表明,4102综放工作面沿空留巷巷旁支护体宽度应控制在1.84.15 m范围内,当支护体宽度为4 m时巷道变形量最小,支护效果最好,能够保证矿井实现安全高效生产。
For the use of the technique of retaining roadway along the roadway,the width of the backfill body beside the roadway is one of the key parameters to control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.Especially under the condition of hard roof,the determination of the reasonable width of the backfill body beside the roadway becomes the key factor for the roadway supporting system to play the maximum supporting role.Based on the 4102 fully mechanized caving face of shanxi pulongwan coal industry co.,LTD.,the reasonable width of the support body is studied and analyzed by means of theoretical analysis and digital simulation.The results show that the width of the support body along the roadway of 4102 fully mechanized caving face should be controlled within the range of 1.84.15 m.When the width of the support body is 4 m,the roadway deformation is the minimum and the support effect is the best,which can ensure the safe and efficient production of the mine.
