Analysis of Emergency Capability Core Indexes in Enterprises Based on AHP and ISM

为了提高安全生产重点监管企业应急管理能力,在文献分析和企业调研的基础上,筛选出14个相关企业应急能力核心指标,并建立了企业应急能力核心指标体系。在此基础上,利用AHP和ISM模型分析了应急能力核心指标权重和关联性,确定了应急能力核心指标管理的优先级,揭示了应急能力核心指标的相互作用关系,为企业提升应急能力提供了客观依据。

To develop the enterprises emergency capability,14 key indexes of enterprises emergency capability are selected based on the literature analysis and enterprises research,and key index system of enterprises emergency capability is also constructed in this paper.On this basis,the weight and correlation of key indexes of enterprises emergency capability are analyzed by AHP-ISM model,the priority of the core indicators of emergency capability management is determined and the interaction of core indicators of emergency capability is revealed,which provides an objective basis for enterprises to improve their emergency capabilities.
