煤层分区高压注水抑尘技术的应用试验研究 被引量:12

Application Test Study on High-pressure Water Injection and Dust Suppression Technology in Coal Seam Area

摘要 基于煤层分区高压注水抑尘技术的特点和作用,以兖州矿区兴隆庄煤矿深井开采煤层为研究对象,针对煤层孔隙率低、产尘量大的实际情况,采用实体煤块试验与现场应用相结合的技术手段,确定煤层分区高压增透注水工艺的优化参数设置。试验研究结果表明:采用煤层分区高压增透混合式注水技术后,煤层注水平均流速明显提高至1.12m^3/h,且钻孔处全尘的平均降尘效率达到38.96%及以上,工作面抑尘效果明显。 Based on the characteristics and functions of high-pressure water injection and dust suppression technology in coal seams,the coal seam in deep mining of Xinglongzhuang Coal Mine in Yanzhou mining area was taken as the research object.Aiming at the actual situation of low porosity and large dust production of coal seam,the optimization parameter of highpressure water injection technology in coal seam subarea was determined by the combination of solid coal block test and field application.The experimental results showed that after using the high-pressure water injection technology of coal seam,the average flow rate of coal seam water injection was obviously improved to 1.12 m^3/h,and the average dust reduction efficiency at the borehole was above 38.96%,with an obvious dust suppression effect at the working face.
