摘要
针对某铅锌矿分级尾砂供应不足,采场采充失调的问题,开展了提高分级尾砂产率的试验研究。研究结果表明:采用浓密机与两段串联旋流器组构成开路分级浓缩,取代现有浓密机与一段旋流器分级浓缩,新工艺流程可将分级尾砂产率由46.86%提升至55%,浓度由68.41%提升至71.72%;经过陶瓷过滤机过滤后所得的充填尾砂水份由14.82%降低至11.30%。较原有工艺,浓密机与两段串联旋流器分级浓缩工艺不仅提高了分级尾砂产率、延长了尾矿库服务年限,还克服了现有尾砂回收工艺中旋流器堵塞的问题,试验表明提高分级尾砂产量每年可为该矿山创造149.37~160.81万元的经济效益。
In order to solve the problem of insufficient supply of tailings in a lead-zinc mine,and imbalance of mining and filling in the stope,an experimental study on improving the yield of classified tailings was carried out.The results showed that the open-circuit grading and concentration with thickener and two-serious hydrocyclone can replace the existing grading and concentration with thickener and one-stage hydrocyclone.The new process increased the yield of classified tailings from 46.86%to 55%,and improved the concentration from 68.41%to 71.72%.The water content of the filled tailings obtained by filtration through a ceramic filter was reduced from 14.82%to 11.30%.Compared with the original technology,the new process not only improved the yield of classified tailings and prolonged the service life of tailings pond,but also overcame the blocking problem of hydrocyclone in the existing tailings recovery process.The test indicated that increasing the yield of classified tailings can create an economic benefit of 1.4937~1.6081 million RMB/a for the mine.
