四川某萤石-重晶石共生矿浮选试验研究 被引量:6

Experimental Research on the Flotation of Fluorite and Barite Symbiotic Ore in Sichuan

摘要 四川某萤石重晶石共生矿中含CaF2 28.23%,含BaSO4 54.11%,萤石与重晶石具有一定的回收价值。针对矿样组成特性,在磨矿细度-0.074mm为83%左右的条件下,采用碳酸钠为调整剂、水玻璃为抑制剂、油酸钠为捕收剂进行萤石与重晶石混合浮选,混合精选采用氟化钠与水玻璃为抑制剂,油酸钠为捕收剂,进行萤石-重晶石分离回收萤石,并将分离后的尾矿采用CLFN为抑制剂,十二烷基硫酸钠为捕收剂进行重晶石的回收,通过浮选闭路试验最终得到了CaF2品位为96.91%、回收率为85.69%的萤石精矿,BaSO4品位为92.16%、回收率79.23%的重晶石精矿,较好地实现了对萤石与重晶石的回收。 A fluorite and barite symbiotic ore in Sichuan Province contains CaF2 of 28.23% and BaSO4 of 54.11%,which has a certain recovery value.According to the composition properties of the ore sample,under the condition of the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm about 83%,mixed flotation of fluorite and barite was carried out with sodium carbonate as regulator,water glass as inhibitor and sodium oleate as collector.Sodium fluoride and water glass were used as inhibitors and sodium oleate was used as collector to separate fluorite and barite for fluorite recovery in mixing concentration.The barite was recovered from the separated tailings by using CLFN as inhibitor and sodium dodecyl sulfate as collector.By the closed-circuit flotation test,the fluorite concentrate was obtained with the CaF2 grade of 96.93%and recovery rate of 64.25%,as well as the barite concentrate with the BaSO4 grade of 92.16%and BaSO4 recovery rate of 79.23%,which better realized the recovery of fluorite and barite.
