拇外翻矫形的手术配合及术后康复护理

Operation cooperation and postoperative rehabilitation nursing of orthomorphia of hallux valgus

目的研究分析拇外翻矫形手术的手术配合及术后康复护理的方式、方法。方法回顾性分析35例行拇外翻矫形手术患者的临床资料,所有患者均进行术前护理、术中配合、术后护理康复,分析其护理效果。结果 35例行拇外翻矫形手术患者均康复出院,对患者进行随诊观察6个月,无一例患者发生并发症及复发,所有患者均愈后良好。结论术前护理、术中配合、术后护理康复以及为患者制定出院后的护理方案可显著提升拇外翻矫形手术患者的术后治愈,促进患者康复,并且能预防术后复发,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study and analyze the operation cooperation of orthomorphia of hallux valgus and the way and method of postoperative rehabilitation nursing. Methods The clinical data of 35 patients with orthomorphia of hallux valgus were analyzed retrospectively. All patients received preoperative nursing, intraoperative cooperation and postoperative nursing rehabilitation, and their nursing effects were analyzed. Results 35 patients with orthomorphia of hallux valgus were recovered and discharged from the hospital. After 6 months of follow-up observation, none of the patients had complications and relapses, and all the patients recovered well. Conclusion Preoperative nursing, intraoperative cooperation, postoperative rehabilitation nursing and the formulation of nursing regimen after discharge can significantly improve the postoperative healing of patients with orthomorphia of hallux valgus, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and prevent postoperative recurrence, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
