传统中成药在保肝护肝方面具有多种独特的优势,近年来在临床应用中受到越来越多的重视。本文着重就片仔癀保肝药效临床研究、化学成分以及潜在作用机制等方面的最新研究进展进行综述,并就其可能的作用机制进行探讨,为其临床合理应用提供参考。

Traditional Chinese medicines have many unique advantages in the treatment of liver diseases. In recent years, more and more attention has been paid to their clinical application. This paper reviews the research advance on the pharmacodynamics, chemical composition and potential mechanism of Pien Tze Huang, a well-known traditional Chinese medicine in China, and the possible mechanism of action is discussed to provide reference for its clinical rational application.
