氮卓斯丁眼液联合双氯芬酸钠眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床观察

Clinical analysis of azobrostine sodium eye drops combined with diclofenac eye drops for allergic conjunctivitis

目的观察氮卓斯丁眼液联合双氯芬酸钠眼液治疗过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效。方法将2018年11月到2019年6月在我院眼科门诊就诊的94例过敏性结膜炎患者随机分为两组,试验组47例给予氮卓斯丁眼液联合双氯芬酸钠眼液治疗,对照组47例给予氮卓斯丁眼液治疗,两组氮卓斯丁眼液均为1-2滴/次,2次/天,试验组双氯芬酸钠眼液为1〜2滴/次,4次/天,分别于治疗前及治疗后7天、14天观察其症状和体征的变化,评价临床疗效。结果两组患者的基本信息,治疗前的症状和体征差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗7天后试验组和对照组的有效率分别为68.1%(32/47)和48.9%(23/47)(χ^值=68.712,P=O.O12),治疗14天后试验组和对照组的有效率分别为80.8%(38/47)和63.8%(30/47)(χ2值=84.556,P<0.01),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氮卓斯丁眼液联合双氯芬酸钠眼液对过敏性结膜炎的症状和体征的缓解具有明显疗效。

Objective To study the clinical efficacy of azobrostine sodium eye drops combined with diclofenac eye drops in treating allergic conjunctivitis.Methods 94 patients with allergic conjunctivitis were randomly divided into orbervation group and control group.47 patients in the control group using azobrostine sodium eye drops combined with diclofenac eye drops.Other 47 patients in orbervation group were treated with azobrostine sodium eye drops on the basis of control group.Patients in both group were treated with 1-2 drops each time and use the drug 5 minutes intervals.We compared symptoms and signs between the two groups before and after the treatment at 7th and 14th.Results There was no significant difference both group in the general state,mean scores of symptoms and signs befoer the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,the efficacy rates in the treatment and and control group were 68.1%(32/47)and 48.9%(23/47)(χ^2=68.712,P=0.012)at 7th day,80.8%(38/47)and 63.8%(30/47)(χ^2=84.556,P<0.01)at 14th day.Conclusion azobrostine sodium eye drops combined with diclofenac eye drops have all efficacy to control the allergic conjunctivitis.
