This paper records the diagnosis and treatment of rhinolith in detail.The patient has a long course of disease,and obvious rhinolith core can be seen in computed tomography(CT)and specimen diagram.Large rhinolith cause perforation of the nasal septum.After the completion of the relevant examination,the rhinolith was removed by endoscopic surgery.The treatment of this kind of disease should be aimed at stone extraction,and the role of CT in diagnosis and treatment should be paid full attention to.
