误诊为中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变的孤立性脉络膜血管瘤1例

A case of choroidal aneurysm misdiagnosed as central serous chorioretinopathy

孤立性脉络膜血管瘤全身表现不明显,当病变未波及视网膜黄斑区而视力受损不明显时,它的症状与中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变以及其他脉络膜肿瘤极为相似,在临床中极易误诊、漏诊。现就临床诊断的1例孤立性脉络膜血管瘤报告如下。

Circumscribed choroidal hemangioma,systemic performance is not obvious,and when there is no lesion in the macular area of the retina»visual impairment is not obvious.And the symptoms are very similar to central serous chorioretinopathy and other choroidal tumors.It is easily misdiagnosed and missed in clinical practice.One case of Circumscribed choroidal hemangioma diagnosed clinically is as follows.
