摘要
目的对菜豆树进行系统的生药学鉴别研究,为制订菜豆树质量标准提供参考依据方法采用性状、显微和薄层色谱鉴别方法。结果菜豆树根横切面纤维束众多,断续排列成4~6层环带;茎横切面韧皮纤维束众多,与韧皮薄壁组织及筛管群切向相间排列成数层;叶粉末常见众多草酸钙方晶,多呈正八面体.结论以上特征可作为鉴别菜豆树的参考依据.
Objective Pharmacognosy Identification studies of Radermachera sinica(Hance)Hemsl..Methods Carry out the study on pharmacognosy from characteristic identification,microscopic identification and physical and chemical identification.Results Lots of fiber bundles are arranged in a row of 4~6 layers in the cross section of the roots of Raclermaihera sinica.Numbers of the column sheath fibers are intermittently arranged in layers in the transverse section of the stem.Regular octahedral calcium oxalate crystals are commonly found in l.eaf powder.Conclusion The above traditional identification results can be used as the distinguishing feature of Radermachera sinica(Hance)Hemsl..
