高铁建设与城市经济发展:产业异质性与空间溢出效应 被引量:32

High-speed Rail Construction and Urban Economic Development:Industrial Heterogeneity and Spatial Spillover Effect

摘要 选取高铁数据和中国城市经济数据,运用SARAR模型研究了高铁建设对中国城市经济的影响及其空间溢出效应。研究发现:高铁建设对中国城市经济的影响存在显著的空间溢出效应;高铁开通、高铁站等级提升和高铁停车时间延长有利于推动中国城市经济增长;高铁建设对相邻城市也具有影响效应,包括极化效应和扩散效应;高铁建设对城市经济增长率的影响大于对城市经济发展水平的影响。进一步考察发现,高铁建设抑制了第一产业的劳动要素投入和产出增长,但促进了第二产业和第三产业的劳动要素投入和产出增长。 This paper selected high-speed railway data and China’s urban economic data,and used SARAR model to study the impact of high-speed rail opening on China’s urban economy,as well as its spatial spillover effect.The study finds that,high-speed rail has significant spatial spillover effect on China’s urban economic growth.The opening of high-speed trains,the upgrading of high-speed railway stations and the extension of parking time are all helpful for the promotion of China’s urban economic growth.And the construction of high-speed rail also has polarization effect and diffusion effect on adjacent cities.Besides,the effect of high-speed rail construction on urban economic growth rate is stronger than that on urban economic growth level.Further analysis reveals that,high-speed rail construction has restrained the growth of the input and output of labor factors in primary industry,while it has opposite effect on secondary and third industries.
