香砂六君子汤对脾气虚证浅表性胃炎大鼠线粒体能量代谢影响研究

Effect of Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction on mitochondrial energy metabolism in rats with superficial gastritis with spleen qi deficiency syndrome

目的:探讨香砂六君子汤对脾气虚证浅表性胃炎模型大鼠体内的琥珀酸脱氢酶活性与细胞色素氧化酶C含量的作用。方法:采用劳倦过度与饥饱失常加强酸刺激等复合因素塑造脾气虚证模型,在此基础上运用强酸刺激加感染幽门螺旋杆菌法复制大鼠脾虚浅表性胃炎模型,观察香砂六君子汤对脾气虚证浅表性胃炎大鼠胃窦组织琥珀酸脱氢酶活性和细胞色素氧化酶C含量的影响。结果:模型组大鼠胃窦细胞琥珀酸脱氢酶活性显著低于正常组和治疗组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组琥珀酸脱氢酶活性显著高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);正常组大鼠胃窦组织细胞色素氧化酶C含量明显高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组胃窦细胞色素氧化酶C含量高于模型组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:香砂六君子汤治疗脾气虚证浅表性胃炎的效果确切,作用机制可能与其提高胃窦线粒体琥珀酸脱氢酶活性与细胞色素氧化酶C含量相关。

Objective:To investigate the effect of Xiangsa Liujunzi decoction on succinic acid dehydrogenase activity and cytochrome oxidase C content in superficial gastritis rats with spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Methods:The model of spleen qi deficiency was established by the combination of excessive fatigue and hunger and satiation to strengthen acid stimulation,on this basis,hyperacid stimulation and helicobacter pylori infection were used to replicate the superficial gastritis model of spleen deficiency in rats,to observe the effect of Xiangsa Liujunzi decoction on succinic acid dehydrogenase activity and cytochrome oxidase C content in gastric antrum tissues of rats with superficial gastritis with spleen qi deficiency syndrome.Results:The activity of succinic acid dehydrogenase in gastric antrum cells of the model group was significantly lower than that of the normal group and the treatment group(P<0.05).The activity of succinic acid dehydrogenase in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the normal group(P>0.05);the content of cytochrome oxidase C in gastric antrum tissues of rats in the normal group was significantly higher than that in the model group(P<0.05),the content of cytochrome oxidase C in gastric antrum in the treatment group was higher than that in the model group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the treatment group and the normal group.Conclusion:Xiangsha Liujunzi decoction is effective in treating chronic superficial gastritis caused by spleen qi deficiency,the mechanism of action may be related to the increase of succinic acid dehydrogenase activity and cytochrome oxidase C content of mitochondria in gastric antrum.
