街镇社区教育治理的完善与创新

摘要 街镇社区教育治理是一个亟待解决的理论和实践问题。其突破有必要重温公共管理领域的治理理论和总结社区教育领域治理创新的经验。社区教育主要在街镇社区展开并在街镇社区建设的背景中发生,其治理既表现为统筹社区教育与社区教育统筹相结合,又表现为社区教育多中心治理与卓越绩效相统一。街镇社区教育多中心卓越绩效治理模式的形成具有鲜明的创新性和广泛的应用性,包括遵循与运用社区教育规律、认识与创造社区教育价值、重构与完善社区教育功能。 Community education governance in street-town communities is a theoretical and practical problem to be solved.It is necessary to review the governance theory in the field of public administration and summarize the experience of governance innovation in the field of community education.Community education mainly develops in the street-town communities and takes place in the background of the building up of the street-town communities.Its governance manifests not only the combination of administrative and professional overall planning of community education,but also the unity of multi-centered governance and excellent performance of community education.The formation of the Multi-centered&Excellent Performance-based Governance model of community education in street-towns has distinctive innovation and wide application.It includes following and applying the law of community education,recognizing and creating the value of community education,and reconstructing and improving the function of community education.
