公益性与商业性博弈:我国大型体育场馆的赛后运营之困 被引量:4

摘要 我国大型体育场馆具有公益性和商业性双重属性。其赛后运营,一方面要坚持其公益性,满足全民健身和公共体育服务的需求;另一方面要坚持商业性,通过市场化运营,获取利润维持其收支平衡。我国大型体育场馆所提供的服务和产品的同时具有公共物品和私人物品的属性,属混合物品,需要政府和市场共同供给。作为体育产业的有机组成部分,我国大型体育场馆在赛后需定位于大型综合性体育娱乐设施,积极探索赛事、娱乐、会展等多业态整合,走场馆产业化之路。 The large stadiums have double attribute of public welfare and commerciality in China.Its operations after the game,on one hand,need to maintain its public service to meet the needs of public sports and fitness services;on the other hand,they need to adhere to the commercialization,through market operations,to maintain its payment balance.Meanwhile,China′s major gymnasium offer services and products of both public goods and private goods properties,which are mixed products and need to be supplied by government and market.As an integral part of the sports industry,China′s large stadium should locate large-scale comprehensive sports and entertainment facilities after the game,actively explore events,entertainment,exhibition and other multi-format integration,and take the road of industrialization.
