摘要
在生产过程控制中,为了满足某些工艺操作的特殊性,需要采用分程控制系统,即一个控制器的输出带2个或2个以上的控制阀工作。该文从分程控制应用出发,说明基于DeltaV系统的淤浆催化剂罐压力分程控制系统的构成,控制阀开关形式选择和阀门定位器正反作用的使用,分程系统和控制阀开关形式组态;阐明了DeltaV系统的特点和分程控制系统组态方法。
In the production process control,in order to meet the particularity of certain process operations,a split-range control system is required,that is,the output of one controller is operated with two or more control valves.Based on the application of the split-range control,this paper describes the composition of the slurry catalyst tank pressure split-range control system based on the DeltaV system,the selection of the control valve switch form,the use of positive and negative effects of valve positioner,the split-range system and the control valve switch form configuration.Explain the characteristics of the DeltaV system and the configuration method of the split control system.
