摘要
精确井筒积液面数据是煤层气井合理化排采的关键生产参数,其高低直接影响单井的产气效果。目前煤层气井积液面监测方法多从油井动液面监测演变而来,由于煤层气的采出机理和排采工艺具有其特殊性,故对煤层气井积液面监测提出了浅液面高精度测量、能够适应套压变化及多煤层合采等复杂井况的要求。煤层气井积液面的自动化远程精准监测与智能排采技术已成为研究发展的必然趋势,对实现煤层气合理排采、提升生产效率具有重大意义。
Accurate dynamic liquid level data is the key production parameter for rational drainage and production of coal bed methane wells(CBM wells),and its level directly affects the gas production effect of single wells.At present,the monitoring methods of dynamic liquid level in CBM wells are mostly evolved from the monitoring of dynamic liquid level in oil wells.Because of the particularity of the production mechanism and drainage technology of coal bed methane,the requirements are put forward,including the high precision measurement of shallow liquid level in monitoring of dynamic liquid level in coal bed methane wells,and adaptability to the change of casing pressure and multi-seam combined production.Automated remote accurate monitoring and intelligent drainage technology of dynamic liquid level in CBM wells has become an inevitable trend of research and development,which it is of the great significance for realizing reasonable drainage of CBM and improving production efficiency.
