摘要
目前集中供暖已经成为我国北方冬天取暖的主要技术,针对集中供暖各换热站分散的特点,开发了一套基于Internet的换热站远程无线监控系统。利用GRM无线模块提供的Webserver接口进行远程监控总控室与各个换热站之间的数据传输,使用C#高级语言进行监控界面的开发。采用Siemens S7-300 PLC对换热站进行可靠控制,达到自动调节供热温度、管网压力等参数的要求。经现场运行结果表明,该系统具有良好的控制效果,且数据传输稳定,数据传输实时性较好,操作简便。达到了换热站无人值守、智能化供热、按需供热等目的。
At present,central heating has become the main technology for heating in winter in northern China.A remote wireless monitoring system based on Internet for heat exchange stations has been developed for the characteristics of centralized heat exchange stations.The Webserver interface provided by the GRM wireless module is used to remotely monitor the data transmission between the general control room and each heat exchange station,and the C#is used for the development of the monitoring interface.The system uses Siemens S7-300 PLC to reliably control the heat exchange station,which can automatically adjust the parameters such as heating temperature and pipe network pressure.The results of field operation show that the system has good control effect,stable data transmission,good real-time data transmission and easy operation.It has achieved the goal of unattended,intelligent heating and on-demand heating of the heat exchange station.
