波前曲率传感器的测量软件设计

摘要 波前曲率传感器是一类重要的波前测量装置。针对波前曲率传感器,在Visual Studio 2013平台下,基于OpenCV库函数和MFC库函数,利用C++语言开发了通用性较强的波前测量软件,实现了基于拉普拉斯算子本征模式法的波前在线测量和离线数据处理等功能。在此基础上,搭建了光栅型波前曲率传感器实验装置对该软件模块进行测试。通过与MATLAB波前复原结果进行对比,验证了该波前复原软件模块的准确性。模块化设计方法使得该软件模块具有良好的通用性和拓展性。 The wavefront curvature sensor is a kind of important wavefront measuring device. For wavefront curvature sensor,a general wavefront measurement software module is developed by using C++ language based on Open CV library function and MFC library function under the platform of Visual Studio 2013. The functions of on-line wavefront measurement and off-line data processing based on Laplacian operator eigenfunction method are realized. On this basis,an experimental device of grating wavefront curvature sensor is built to test the software. The accuracy of the wavefront recovery software module is verified by comparing with the results of MATLB wavefront restoration. Because of the modular design method,the software module has good versatility and expansibility.
