无托槽隐形矫治器与透明树脂托槽矫治器上龈沟液中IL-17含量与牙周健康状况的关系研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究无托槽隐形矫治器与透明树脂托槽矫治器对成年正畸人群牙周状况影响的差异。方法:随机选取24例成人正畸患者,其中佩戴透明树脂托槽及隐形矫治器各12例,观察矫治前、矫治后1、3、6个月时患者菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、探诊深度(PD)并提取龈沟液,检测龈沟液中白介素17(IL-17)含量的变化情况。结果:矫治后各时间段透明组PLI、GI、PD较矫治前升高(P<0.05);隐形组矫治前矫治1、3个月时PLI、GI、PD无显著差异(P>0.05),6个月时略有升高(P<0.05);透明组在矫治1、3、6个月时IL-17含量较矫治前显著升高(P<0.05);隐形组矫治1、3个月时IL-17含量较矫治前无明显升高(P>0.05),矫治后6个月IL-17含量高于矫治前(P<0.05),但均明显低于透明组(P<0.05)。结论:相比之下,无托槽隐形矫治器对成年正畸人群牙周健康的影响低于透明树脂托槽矫治器。
