903例肺炎儿童血清维生素A、25-羟维生素D水平分析

Analysis of serum vitamin A and 25- hydroxyvitamin D levels in 903 children With pneumonia in a single center

目的:了解肺炎儿童血清维生素A(Vitamin A,VA)、25-羟维生素D[25(OH)D]水平并探讨它们与肺炎的关系,为临床肺炎的预防与治疗提供新的手段。方法:选取12岁以下于佳木斯大学附属第一医院门诊及住院治疗的肺炎儿童903例作为肺炎组,同期门诊体检的健康儿童795例作为对照组,将肺炎组与对照组按小儿年龄分期分别分为4组:0~1岁组、~3岁组、~6岁组、~12岁组。采用反相高效液相色谱荧光法及高效液相色谱串联质谱法对两组儿童的血清ViA、25(OH)D水平进行检测,并作分析比较。结果:肺炎组血清VA、25(OH)D水平低于对照组,而缺乏率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论:维生素A及25-羟维生素D水平与儿童肺炎的发生密切相关,针对这一人群及时检测、合理补充,对儿童肺炎预防及治疗有积极的作用。

To investigate the levels of serum vitamin A(Vitamin A,VA)and 25-hydroxyvitamin D[25(OH)D]in children with pneumonia,and to explore the relationship between them and pneumonia,so as to provide a new method for the prevention and treatment of pneumonia in clinical.Methods:A total of 903 children with pneumonia under 12 years old who were diagnosed and treated in First Affiliated Hospital of Jiamusi University were selected as the pneumonia group,and 795 healthy children during the same period were selected as the control group.Then the pneumonia group and the control group were respectively divided into 4 groups according to the age group of children:0~1 years old group,~3 years old group,~6 years old group,~12 years old group.The levels of serum VA and 25(OH)D in two groups of children were respectively detected by reverse phase high-performance liquid chromatography and high-performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry,then the serum VA and 25(OH)D levels in two groups of children were analyzed and compared.Results:The level of serum VA and 25(OH)D in pneumonia group was lower than that in control group,and the rate of deficiency in pneumonia group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:The levels of vitamin A and 25-hydroxyvitamin D are closely related to the occurrence of pneumonia in children.In view of this population to timely detection,reasonable supplement,has the positive effect to the clinical child pneumonia prevention and the treatment.
