基质金属蛋白酶及其抑制剂在心血管疾病中的研究进展 被引量:5

Advances in studies on matrix metalloproteinases and their inhibitors in cardiovascular diseases

摘要 目前的研究表明心力衰竭(HF)的发生与心室重构相关,不良的心室重构可以导致心室的功能障碍及形状改变,进而导致HF,心室重构主要与MMPs(基质金属蛋白酶)及其TIMPs(基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂)的水平调节相关,其比例的失衡可导致细胞外基质的大量沉积,最终导致MI后心力衰竭。近年来研究合成TIMPs并调整MMPs/TIMPs的平衡,为改善心室重构及预测心室重构的发生提供了新的理论依据。 The present study showed that the occurrence of heart failure(HF)is associated with ventricular remodeling,adverse ventricular remodeling can lead to ventricular dysfunction and shape change,leading to HF,ventricular remodeling and main MMPs(matrix metalloproteinases)and TIMPs(matrix metalloproteinases inhibitor)level adjustment related to the proportion of the imbalance can lead to a large number of extracellular matrix deposition,eventually lead to heart failure after MI.In recent years,synthesis of TIMPs and balance adjustment of MMPs/TIMPs have been studied,providing new theoretical basis for improving ventricular remodeling and predicting the occurrence of ventricular remodeling.
