The paper discusses how Party schools in enterprises should implement the Work Regulations for Party Schools (Schools of Administration) from the four aspects of designing courses for core subjects,improving the mechanism that supports single-hearted devotion to study,creating an environment of competition,and establishing the concept of lifelong learning,with a view to giving some valuable ideas for Party schools in enterprises in carrying out work under the new situation.
