An Exploration on the Use of the “Four Dimensions” Method for Reviewing Party Members’ Compliance with the Party Spirit

党中央提出讲政治、有信念,讲规矩、有纪律,讲道德、有品行,讲奉献、有作为的合格党员标准。如何检测一个党员达到了"四讲四有"的要求,是一名党性健康的党员,"四维"党员党性体检方法从"四讲四有"的四个维度出发,以新形势下合格党员的主要标志和显著特征为要点,尝试探索一种适合国企基层党员党性体检的方法。

The CPC Central Committee has put forward a set of criteria for qualified Party members,i.e.to be a qualified Party member,one should maintain political integrity with full confidence in socialism with Chinese characteristics,observe rules with a strong sense of discipline,have moral integrity with strong virtues,and remain dedicated to work with the ability to make a difference (four principles and four requirements).Then how to check whether a Party member has met the "four principles and four requirements" and is a healthy Party member in terms of compliance with the Party spirit?The paper introduces a "four dimensions" method,which was developed on the basis of the four aspects of the "four principles and four requirements" with its focus on the major measures and prominent features of qualified Party members under the new situation,with a view to providing a suitable means for reviewing the compliance of grassroots Party members with the Party spirit.
