Construction of the Learning Zones on SINOPEC Internet Academy and Their Role in Talent Development

学习专区是指在中国石化网络学院建立的用于社会化学习和交流的一个模块。本文通过对学习专区的建设背景、建设目的、构建原则、主体功能以及运营实施的阐述,进而分析其对人才发展所起的作用。本文认为学习专区的建设适应当前学习发展的潮流,能够增进员工交流,达到聚焦化学习,促进学以致用,提升员工能力素质。

The learning zones refer to modules for socialized learning and communication established on the SINOPEC Internet Academy.This article,through analysis of the zone’s background,purpose,principle,main function as well as operation,examines its effect on talent development.This article believes that the construction of the learning zones adapts to the current trend of learning and development,and will be able to deepen employee communication,achieve focused learning,promote learning transfer and application,and enhance employee competence.
