摘要
为优化绩效管理,助推人才强企,本文首先阐述了人才强企战略的意义,通过揭示绩效管理与人才强企之间的关系,从建立闭环绩效管理体系、明确各岗位绩效指标、实行各岗位分层分类考核方法、注重考核结果与过程相结合的评价标准以及持续绩效改进等方面提出企业优化绩效管理的具体措施,以期为中国石化建立一套科学、有效的绩效管理体系,激发职工干事创业的积极性和创造性,实现人才强企战略,为打造世界一流企业提供保障。
In order to optimize performance management and boost developing enterprise by talents,this paper firstly introduces the meaning of the strategy of developing enterprise by talents,and then depicts the relationship between performance management and developing enterprise by talents.Finally,it discusses in detail the specific measures of optimizing performance management from the following aspects:setting up the closed-loop performance management system,clarifying each post performance index,carrying out hierarchical classification assessing methods,putting forward evaluation standards of combining results with process,paying attention to the continuous improvement of performance management,etc.It is expected to set up a set of scientific and effective performance management system for SINOPEC Group,stimulating staff’s enthusiasm and creativity,realizing the strategy of developing enterprise by talents,and providing a guarantee for building a world-class enterprise.
