摘要
[目的]探究匹维溴铵联合乳果糖在肠道准备中的应用效果。[方法]选取2017年11月~2019年4月在上海市普陀区利群医院行结直肠镜检查患者90例,随机分为3组:乳果糖组、匹维溴铵组和联合组(乳果糖+匹维溴铵),对比3组检查耐受度、腹痛程度、肠道清洁度、炎症反应指标及不良反应情况。[结果]联合组患者检查耐受度显著高于乳果糖组与匹维溴铵组(P<0.05);联合组患者肠道清洁符合率显著高于乳果糖组与匹维溴铵组(P<0.05);联合组NRS疼痛评分、检查时间与肠鸣音恢复时间均显著低于乳果糖组与匹维溴铵组(P<0.05);检查后联合组患者心率低于乳果糖组与匹维溴铵组(P<0.05),检查后3组患者血压比较差异无统计学意义;3组患者总不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。[结论]匹维溴铵联合乳果糖用于肠道准备,能够提高患者检查耐受度与肠道清洁度,减轻腹痛,且不良反应较少,可有效缩短检查时间。
[Objective]To explore the effect of pivobromide combined with lactulose in intestinal preparation.[Methods]Ninety patients who underwent colonoscopy in Liqun Hospital of Putuo District in Shanghai City from November 2017 to April 2019 were randomly divided into three groups:lactulose group,pivobromide group and combination group(lactulose+pivobromide).The tolerance to examination,abdominal pain,intestinal cleanliness,inflammatory response and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.[Results]The tolerance to examination of patients in combined group was significantly higher than that in lactulose group and pivobromide group(P<0.05).The coincidence rate of intestinal cleanliness of patients in combined group was significantly higher than that in lactulose group and pivobromide group(P<0.05).The NRS pain score,examination time and recovery time of bowel sounds in combined group were significantly lower than those in lactulose group and pivobromide group(P<0.05).After the examination,the heart rate of the combined group was lower than that of the lactulose group and the pivobromide group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in blood pressure among the three groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of total adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).[Conclusion]Pivobromide combined with lactulose for intestinal preparation can improve the patient’s tolerance to examination and intestinal cleanliness,alleviate abdominal pain,and have fewer adverse reactions,which can effectively shorten the examination time.
