康复新液联合蒙脱石散治疗胃内镜胃黏膜下剥离术后创面愈合的疗效观察

Observation of the efficacy of wound healing after gastric ESD treatment of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Montmorillonite Power

[目的]观察康复新液联合蒙脱石散治疗内镜胃黏膜下剥离术(ESD)后创面愈合的疗效。[方法]收集2017年1月~2019年5月在我院行ESD的218例患者,随机分为2组,对照组98例,观察组120例。对照组给予镜下创面喷洒硫糖铝混悬液并口服,治疗组给予康复新液联合蒙脱石散混合后镜下喷洒创面,并口服混合液3 d改为口服康复新液,治疗4周后比较2组疗效。[结果]2组治疗前,炎性因子、T淋巴细胞亚群差异无统计学意义。观察组在创面愈合总有效率、减少术后出血率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]康复新液联合蒙脱石散有促进ESD后创面愈合,减少术后出血,降低炎性因子,改善血液动力学,提高免疫力等作用。

[Objective]To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Kangfuxin liquid combined with Montmorillonite Power for wound surface healing after endoscopic submucosal dissection of stomach.[Methods]Two hundred and eighteen cases of ESD patients in the digestive department of our hospital were collected from January 2017 to May 2019, randomly divided into 2 groups,98 cases in the control group, and 120 cases in the observation group. The control group was given a surface of wound to spray sulfur-aluminum suspension by the gastroscope and oral, the treatment group was given the Kangfuxin liquid joint Montmorillonite Power mixed under the endoscopic to spray surface of wound, after 3 days of oral mixing, changed to a separate oral kangfuxinliquid.After 4 weeks’ treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was compared.[Results] Prior to treatment, there was no statistical significance of inflammatory factors and T lymphocyte subgroups(P>0.05). The observation group had a significantly higher efficiency in wound healing and reduced postoperative bleeding than those of the control group(P<0.05). [Conclusion]The Kangfuxin liquid combined with Montmorillonite Power has the effect of promoting the healing of the wound after ESD, reducing postoperative bleeding, reducing inflammatory factors, improving hemodynamics, and improving immunity.
