摘要
在分析先导式减压阀结构及工作原理基础上,运用AMESim中的HCD液压元件库和机械库对减压阀进行建模,按照阀的相关数据设置子模型和参数,进行仿真分析。并讨论了影响减压阀的几个因素,通过对减压阀的阀芯位移、输出流量、弹簧预紧力和阻尼孔直径四个参数的分析,获得了各个参数对减压阀的影响规律。通过调节减压阀仿真模型的各个参数,来验证模型的正确性,为减压阀在实际运用中提供理论依据。
Based on the analysis of the structure and working principle of the pilot-operated pressure reducing valve,the HCD hydraulic component library and mechanical library in AMESim are used to model the pressure reducing valve,and the sub-model and parameters are set according to the relevant data of the valve for simulation analysis.Several factors affecting the pressure reducing valve are discussed.Through the analysis of the four parameters of the spool displacement,output flow,spring preload and diameter of the pressure reducing valve,the influence of each parameter on the pressure reducing valve is obtained.By adjusting the parameters of the pressure reducing valve simulation model,the correctness of the model is verified,which provides a theoretical basis for the practical use of the pressure reducing valve.
