摘要
该文介绍了刹车系统的组成及控制原理,根据用户反映的应急刹车系统向正常刹车系统反冲压力问题,分析了问题原因是应急刹车系统单向活门寿命低从而内漏导致。根据故障件分解结果提出可更换单向活门材料提高单向活门寿命解决,根据振动试验及密封试验验证方案可行。
This paper introduces the composition and control principle of brake system,according to the user s reflection of the emergency brake system to the normal brake system,the reason of the problem is that the single-way valve life is low and the internal leakage is low.According to the result of the breakdown of the fault parts,a one-way solution is proposed to improve the one-way valve life.
