摘要
茶有生津止渴、提神醒脑、防蛀固齿、消脂解腻、减肥轻身、解毒等作用;化学成分包括维生素、微量元素、氨基酸、酚类化合物、生物碱、茶多糖、芳香类物质等。一般人都可以饮用茶,一般中药都可以和茶同用。失眠、需要休息者茶要少量用,或白天使用,或避免使用;胃肠病患者茶用量要少或者不用,或者辨证配伍治疗胃肠疾病的其他中药纠正其偏性;虚弱患者或贫血患者避免使用茶。可以从4个方面进一步开发茶的保健价值:1)直接加强饮茶宣传、推广;2)开发代茶饮;3)开发特定预防作用的复合茶饮品;4)开发优势互补的复合茶饮品。
Tea has the functions of promoting fluid retention and quench thirst,refreshing the mind,anti caries and fixing teeth,eliminating fat and resolving greasy food,losing weight and keep fitting,detoxification and the others.Its chemical constituents include vitamins,trace elements,amino acids,phenolic compounds,alkaloids,tea polysaccharides,aromatic substances,etc.Generally,people can drink tea,and traditional Chinese medicine can be used with tea.A small amount tea can be used to insomnia,or use during the day,or avoid use,the dosage of tea in patients with gastrointestinal diseases should be less or not,or other traditional Chinese medicines for treating gastrointestinal diseases should be used to correct their bias,and tea avoid in patients with weakness or anemia.The health value of tea can be further developed from four aspects:to strengthen the propaganda and promotion of tea drinking directly,to develop substitute tea drinks,to develop compound tea drinks with specific preventive effects,and to develop compound tea drinks with complementary advantages.
