辨证分型治疗月经不调临床观察

Clinical Observation on Syndrome Differentiation Typing of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Menstrual Irregularity

目的研究中医辨证分型治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法选择2016年1月—2019年1月就诊的52例月经不调患者作为研究对象,依照硬币法分为对照组和研究组,各26例。对照组以西医治疗为主,研究组以中医辨证分型治疗为主,对2组临床疗效、不良反应情况、复发情况进行比较。结果研究组患者的治疗总有效率96.2%(25/26)明显比对照组69.2%(18/26)高,其不良反应发生率、复发率明显比对照组低,2组差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中医辨证分型治疗能够显著提高妇科月经不调的临床治疗效果,降低不良反应发生率,防止病情反复发作,值得在临床治疗中积极推广。

Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation typing in the treatment of menstrual disorders.Methods 52 patients with irregular menstruation who were treated in gynecology department of our hospital from January 2016 to January 2019 were selected as experimental samples.According to the coin method,they were divided into control group and research group,26 cases in each group.The control group was mainly treated by Western medicine,while the research group was mainly treated by syndrome differentiation typing of traditional Chinese medicine.The clinical efficacy,adverse reactions and recurrence of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate of the research group were significantly higher than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM syndrome differentiation typing therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of gynecological irregular menstruation,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and prevent recurrence of the disease,which is worthy of active promotion in clinical treatment.
