阴脏人体质特征中两点疑难问题解析

Analysis of Two Difficult Problems in the Physical Characteristics of Yin Zang Viscera People

本文通过研读《中医诊断学》以及历代医家著作,从生理、病理之不同,论述阴脏人“身体姿态多后仰”与动静姿态中“动、强、仰、伸多属阳证、热证、实证”并无矛盾之处。通过对食物的寒温喜恶、对药物寒热温凉的偏适、对季节的适应性以及对患病的易感性等方面,论述阴脏人确为喜热恶凉,教材论述并无不当之处。本文之研究,对于理解阴脏人体质特征可提供有益参考。

By studying TCM diagnostics and the works of medical experts in past dynasties,this paper discusses that there is no contradiction between the fact that yin viscus people’s“body posture is mostly retrorse”and the dynamic and static posture that“movement,strength,elevation and extension are mostly yang syndrome,heat syndrome and demonstration”from the difference of physiology and pathology.This paper discusses that yin viscus people are really fond of heat and dislike coldness through the aspects of cold and warm liking to food,the preference for the cold and heat of the drug,adaptability to seasons and susceptibility to diseases,and the textbook is not inappropriate.This study can provide useful reference for understanding the physical characteristics of yin viscus people.
