医护一体化护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症实施中医护理的效果分析

Analysis on the Effect of Integrated Nursing Mode on the Implementation of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing Scheme for Lumbar Disc Herniation

目的评价医护一体化护理模式对腰椎间盘突出症中医护理方案实施效果的影响。方法选取2017年1月—2018年1月收治的60例腰椎间盘突出症患者,随机分为对照组(n=30)、观察组(n=30)。对照组行常规护理,观察组行医护一体化护理模式下中医护理方案,对比2组康复效果。结果观察组护理后日常生活能力、依从性高于对照组,疼痛VAS评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论医护一体化护理模式在腰间盘突出突出症中应用,可提高中医护理方案实施效果,临床价值高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of integrated medical care model on the implementation of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program for lumbar disc herniation.Methods 60 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation admitted to our hospital from June 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30).The control group was given routine nursing care,while the observation group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing under the integrated medical and nursing care mode.The rehabilitation effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the daily living ability and compliance of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the pain VAS score was lower than that of the control group,and the difference had statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of integrated medical and nursing care model in the protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc can improve the implementation effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing program and has high clinical value.
