基于自主神经功能分析针刺调节炎症反应的研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in Regulating Inflammatory Response Based on Autonomic Nervous System

针刺作为中医学的瑰宝,越来越多的临床和基础研究证实其在炎性疾病、疼痛和功能性疾病中的确定疗效。大量的研究证实针刺可引发抗炎作用,然而其作用机理目前尚未明确。中医学认为针刺可调节阴阳平衡,现代医学则认为,针刺通过平衡机体交感神经和迷走神经活性发挥抗炎效果。这2种理念本质上有共通之处。本文就针刺调节作用下,自主神经系统在抗炎中的作用作一综述。

Acupuncture is a treasure of traditional Chinese medicine,and more and more clinical and basic studies have confirmed its definite efficacy in inflammatory diseases,pain and functional diseases.A large number of studies have confirmed that acupuncture can induce anti-inflammatory effects,but the mechanism is not yet clear.Chinese medicine believes that acupuncture can regulate the balance of Yin and Yang,while modern medicine believes that acupuncture exerts anti-inflammatory effects by balancing the activity of sympathetic and vagus nerves in the body.These two concepts have something in common in essence.This article reviews the role of autonomic nervous system in anti-inflammation.
