内热针密集松解腰部软组织治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc Herniation with Dense Internal Heated Needle to Release Lumbar Soft Tissue

目的对内热针、电针治疗腰椎间盘突出症(LIDH)进行疗效观察。方法68例患者随机分为内热针组、电针组治疗。结果治疗后内热针组JOA评分均优于电针组,且总有效率高于电针组。结论内热针可有效改善LIDH的症状、体征,提高患者日常生活能力。

Objective To observe the curative effect of internal heated needle and electroacupuncture on lumbar intervertebral disc herniation(LIDH).Methods 68 patients were randomly divided into internal heated needle group and electroacupuncture group.Results JOA score of internal heated needle group was better than that of electroacupuncture group,and the total effective rate was higher than that of electroacupuncture group.Conclusion Internal heated needle can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of LIDH and improve the patients’activity of daily living.
