中医护理方案应用于眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of TCM Nursing Scheme in Clinical Care of Patients with Vertigo (Primary Hypertension)

目的观察分析中医护理方案在眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者中的护理效果。方法选择2017年6月~2018年5月脑病三科收治的眩晕病(原发性高血压)患者60例,随机分为治疗组及对照组,各30例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在常规护理基础上给予中医护理方案,包括耳穴贴压、中药药枕、饮食护理及情志护理等。观察护理前后两组患者血压变化及临床疗效,评价两组护理效果。结果护理前两组患者收缩压及舒张压对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后治疗组收缩压及舒张压低于对照组(P<0.05);疗效评定方面治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医护理方案在眩晕病(原发性高血压)临床护理中效果显著,能够有效改善患者血压,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe and analyze the nursing effect of TCM nursing scheme on patients with vertigo(primary hypertension).Methods Sixty patients with vertigo(primary hypertension)treated in The Third Departments of Encephalopathy from June 2017 to May 2018 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each with 30 patients.The control group was given routine nursing,while the treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine nursing scheme on the basis of routine nursing,including auricular point sticking,traditional Chinese medicine pillow,diet nursing and emotional nursing.Then the blood pressure change and clinical effect of the two groups before and after nursing were observed,and the nursing effect of the two groups were evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in systolic and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05);after nursing,the systolic and diastolic blood pressure in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);the curative effect of the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM nursing scheme has significant effect in the clinical care of vertigo(primary hypertension),can effectively improve the blood pressure of patients,and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
