摘要
目的本研究检测剥脱综合征患者外周血中Notch信号通路配体基因mRNA的表达水平,探讨其与剥脱综合征发病关系。方法采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测25例剥脱综合征患者和18例正常对照者外周血中Delta1、Delta3、Delta4、Jagged1、Jagged2基因表达水平。结果 Jagged1、Jagged2 mRNA的表达水平较正常对照组降低,数据差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05);Delta1、Delta3、Delta4在剥脱综合征组与正常对照组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 Notch信号通路中Jagged1、Jagged2基因的低表达可能参与了剥脱综合征的发病过程。
Objective To detect the expression level of the Notch signaling pathway ligand gene m RNA in peripheral blood of patients with exfoliation syndrome, and to explore their relationship with exfoliation syndrome. Methods The expression levels of Delta1,Delta3, Delta4, Jagged1 and Jagged2 in peripheral blood of 25 exfoliation syndrome patients and 18 normal controls were detected by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction(PCR). Results The expression levels of Jagged 1 and Jagged 2 m RNA in exfoliation syndrome group were lower than those in normal control group(P < 0.05), and there were no significant differences in Delta 1, Delta 3 and Delta 4 between exfoliation syndrome group and normal control group(P > 0.05). Conclusion The Low expression of Jagged1,Jagged2 gene in Notch signaling pathway may be involved in the pathogenesis of exfoliation syndrome.
