神经病理性疼痛的发病机制复杂,临床上缺乏确切有效的治疗方法,越来越被临床医生及基础研究学者重视。近一年国内外研究学者就神经病理性疼痛的发病机制、镇痛机制及其临床治疗做了大量研究。本文汇总相关研究进展,旨在为神经病理性疼痛的临床治疗提供参考。

Neuropathic pain(NP)is a complicated pathogenesis disease and lack of effective clinical treatment methods.It has been paid more attention by clinicians and basic researchers.In the past year,domestic and foreign researchers have done a lot of researches on the pathogenesis,analgesia mechanism and clinical treatment of neuropathic pain.This paper summarizes the relevant research progresses and aims to provide references for the clinical treatment of neuropathic pain.
