加长型股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗股骨近端伴股骨干骨折的效果分析

Analysis of the Effect of Extended Proximal Femoral Nail Anti rotation in the Treatment of Proximal Femoral Shaft Fractures

目的:探究分析加长型股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗股骨近端伴股骨干骨折的效果.方法:择取2017年9月-2018年10月我院收治的股骨近端伴股骨干骨折者68例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(髓内钉固定治疗)与观察组(加长型股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗)的2组,每组患者34例,对比分析2组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间和治疗优良率等指标,对比疗效.结果:对照组治疗优良率为82.35%,观察组的治疗优良率为94.12%,经比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P<0.05).再比较对照组与观察组的手术时间、术中出血量、骨折愈合时间几个指标,得到观察组明显优于对照组,且差异显著(P<0.05).结论:选用加长型股骨近端防旋髓内钉内固定治疗股骨近端伴股骨干骨折的疗效显著,可有效减少创伤,且实施相对简单,固定效果理想,可推广.

Objectives:To explore and analyze the effect of proximal femoral anti-rotation intramedullary nail for the treatment of proximal femoral fractures with femoral shaft.Methods:68 patients with femoral fractures of the distal femur admitted to a hospital from 2017.9 to 2018.10 were randomly divided into group A(intramedullary nail fixation)and group B(longer femoral proximal anti-rotation nail)2 groups of internal fixation treatment,34 patients in each group.The operative time,intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and treatment rate of the two groups were compared and compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of treatment in group A was 82.35%,and the excellent and good rate in group B was 94.12%.After comparison,group B was significantly better than group A(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and fracture healing time of group A and group B were compared.The group B was significantly better than group A,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of extended femoral proximal anti-rotation intramedullary nail for the treatment of femoral proximal femoral fractures with femoral shaft fractures is effective,can effectively reduce trauma,and is relatively simple to implement,the fixation effect is ideal,can be promoted.
