健康教育在足踝外科病人护理中的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨健康教育在足踝外科病人护理中的应用分析.方法:选择2017年4月-2018年10月,运用健康教育进行护理的足踝外科患者60例作为研究对象,随机数字表将患者分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30).对照组患者采用常规护理方法,观察组患者给予常规护理并进行健康教育.10天对患者的效果进行评估,比较2组护理前后2组患者对病情认知度和2组患者依从性.结果:2组患者护理前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者的用药注意事项,疾病基本知识,疾病发作因素均高于对照组(P<0.05).经10天的医护人员健康教育后,观察组患者服药依从性评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:将健康教育运用足踝外科病人的护理中,护理效果好,对病情认知度好,值得推广应用. Objective:To explore the application of health education in the nursing of patients with foot and ankle surgery.Methods:From April 2017 to October 2018,60 cases of foot and ankle surgery patients using health education for nursing were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)in the random number table.Patients in the control group were given routine nursing,and patients in the observation group were given routine nursing and health education.The effect of patients was evaluated at 10d,and the disease awareness and compliance of patients in the two groups before and after nursing were compared.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups before and after nursing(p>0.05),the use of patients in the observation group should pay attention to matters,basic knowledge of disease,disease onset factors were higher than the control group(p<0.05).After 10 days of health education,the compliance score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(p<0.05).Conclusion:The application of health education in the nursing of patients with foot and ankle surgery is worthy of popularization and application.
